| This has reference to our letter dated July 16, 2021, intimating approval of a final demand cum forfeiture notice for payment of First and Final Call Money of Rs. 65/- per partly-up Equity Share (comprising Rs. 2/- towards face value and Rs. 63/- towards securities premium) as First and Final Call money, to the holders of such partly paid-up Equity Shares on which the First and Final Call Money remained unpaid.<BR> <BR> In furtherance to the same, this is to inform that the Committee of the Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, inter alia, noted and confirmed the receipt of full payment of the First and Final Call Money of Rs. 65/- (Rs. 2/- towards face value and Rs. 63/- towards share premium) in respect of 1,54,413 partly paid-up Equity Shares and authorized merging of the same with existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company under the ISIN - INE955V01021, subject to completion of necessary corporate actions and receipt of listing and trading approvals. | |
