In continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated March 24, 2020, this is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1. Considering the gravity of the COVID-19 and in compliance with directives issued by the State and Central Governments, operations at our offices and stores will remain locked-down till April 14, 2020 and further we will extend the lock-down period, if any, in accordance with the directives of State and Central Governments.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. Given the uncertainty around the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.&lt;BR&gt;
