This is with reference to the circulars no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period.<BR> <BR> In complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company''s Code of Conduct of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st July, 2020 for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall be opened after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the same and acknowledge receipt of this intimation.<BR>
