| Ashnisha Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2020 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is currently closed for Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and will re-open after 48 hours subsequent to the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2020 i.e. on February 16, 2021.<BR> | |
