| Pursuant to Clause 6 of Part B of Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Company has reviewed the ongoing Covid - 19 situations and also took note of Tamilnadu State Government Guidelines issued on 18th April 2021 specifying standard operating procedure applicability from 20th April 2021.<BR> <BR> The company in compliance with above referred directions of Tamilnadu Government and to ensure health & safety of employees and stake holders have decide to operate all the important works under work from home facility (WFH), to the extent possible. <BR> <BR> Hence, the Registered Office of the Company situated at Old No.12, New No.29, Mookathal Street, Purasawalkam Chennai - 600 007, shall remained closed with effect from 21st April,2021 to till 30th April 2021. <BR> <BR> Further all communication shall be done through e-facility only.
