| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that the Company had made application for direct listing of its Equity Shares to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and NSE vide circular no. NSE/LIST/53 dated 7th December, 2021 has issued the listing approval for 3,80,74,444 (Three Crore Eighty Lakh Seventy-four Thousand Four Hundred Forty-four) Equity Shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each. The Equity Shares of the Company will be listed on NSE with effect from Thursday, December 09, 2021. <BR> <BR> The Equity Shares of the Company (Symbol: ASIANENE) shall be traded on NSE in the Normal Market segment (Rolling Settlement) in compulsory demat for all investors.<BR> | |
