Further to our letter dated 26th August, 2020, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble NCLT Bench, Chennai vide its order dated 23rd December, 2020 received today has dispensed with the meeting of the secured creditors and equity shareholders of Robust Hotels Private Limited, Chennai,(RHPL) wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and directed RHPL to hold meeting of the unsecured creditors on Saturday, 30th January, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Hyatt Regency Chennai, 365, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu -600 018, for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and dissemination.
