Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th September, 2022 at 03:00 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI. A copy of the Annual Report and the Notice of 15th AGM is also available on the website of the company at www.ahleast.com and also at the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com. The Company has fixed Wednesday, 21st September, 2022 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM.
