| In reference to our intimation dated 30th October, 2020 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 10th November, 2020 has inter-alia approved the segment wise unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulation, we are enclosing the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon, issued by M/s.
