| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Devindersingh Bhumra (DIN: 02680275) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of 5 years wef 12th August, 2022, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting. Further, as per the requirement of the Circular No.List/Comp/14/2018-19 dated 20th June, 2018 issued by BSE on the subject of enforcement of SEBI Orders regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies we hereby affirm that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of any such authority.
