| ASIAN STAR CO.LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 2.30 P.M. through Audio-Visual means as per the notification issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, inter alia to consider the following business matters;<BR> <BR> 1. To consider and approve unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> 2. Any other matters with the permission of the chair.<BR> <BR> Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window is closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from October 1, 2020 and shall re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of the Financial Results. | |
