ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company are scheduled to meet on December 30, 2020, inter alia, to consider a proposal for Increase in Authorised Capital and Issue of Bonus Shares.<BR><BR>In terms of compliance of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading window of the Company for trading in securities of the Company will remain close for the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from December 24, 2020 till January 01, 2021 (both days inclusive). During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
