This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 2,000 (Two Thousand) Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, as fully paid-up, to an employee of the Company on 2nd November, 2021, upon exercise of 2,000 (Two Thousand) Options granted to him, at an Exercise Price of Rs.387.35 (Rupees Three Hundred Eighty Seven and Paise Thirty Five Only) per Equity Share, under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2015 (ESOS 2015).
