This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 1,105 (One Thousand One Hundred and Five) Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, as fully paid-up, to an employee of the Company on 6th December, 2022, upon exercise of 1,105 (One Thousand One Hundred and Five) Options granted to him, at an Exercise Price of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share, under the Company's Employees Stock Option Plan, 2012 (ESOP 2012).
