Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III, we enclose the resolutions passed by the Shareholders of the Company approving the alteration of: <BR> (a) Memorandum and Articles of Association <BR> (b) Articles of Association<BR> The said resolutions were approved by the Shareholders through Postal Ballot, the results of which has been announced on June 29, 2020.<BR> We enclose a copy of revised Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association. A brief highlight of the amendments is set also out at Annexure A.<BR>
