With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing insecurities of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for considering Unaudited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.<BR>
