| Athena Constructions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2023. Further as already informed earlier vide our letter dated April 10, 2023, pursuant to Securities Exchange and Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2022.
