Further to our intimation dated 31.07.2020 and 18.09.2020, pursuant to SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018, This is to further inform you that the Financial Results of the Company for quarter ending 30.09.2020 could not be finalized on time due to non-cooperation by one unit of the Company, under the day to day control of management committee of Sonepat unit. The Board has given suitable directions to the Management Committee and finance head of the unit concerned for doing the needful without any further delay.
