In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
