In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from January 01, 2021. As the trading window is already closed since the acquisition of shares of Khushbu Auto Finance Limited is in process, the trading window shall factually remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter/ nine months ending on December 31, 2020 or till 48 hours after completion of the acquisition of shares of Khushbu Auto Finance Limited whichever is later.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
