Board of Directors to consider Buy-back of equity shares.<BR> <BR> Further to our intimation dated December 31, 2020, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled on January 29, 2021 will, inter alia, consider a proposal for Buy-back of equity shares of face value of ` 10/- each of the Company.<BR> <BR> As informed to the Stock Exchanges on December 31, 2020, trading window for trading in securities of the Company is closed from January 01, 2021 to January 31, 2021 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> We request you to inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.<BR>
