AU Small Finance Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our intimation for closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Bank vide letter bearing Ref. No. AUSFB/SEC/2021-22/115 dated 30th June, 2021, this is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 6th August, 2021 at Jaipur, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, we wish to inform you that the Bank will host a conference call with analysts and investors on Friday, 6th August, 2021 at 5:30 PM (IST) wherein the senior management of the Bank will discuss the Financial Results with the participants.
