We refer to our earlier letter dated October 17, 2020 informing about entering into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% equity share capital of MViyeS Pharma Ventures Private Limited (MViyeS).<BR> <BR> In this regard, we would like to inform you that the aforesaid acquisition has been completed on November 6, 2020. <BR> <BR> Before acquisition, MViyeS was holding 32.18% shareholding in Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited, a joint venture company in which the Company is holding the balance 67.82%.<BR> <BR> Now, both Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited and MViyeS Pharma Ventures Private Limited have become 100% subsidiaries of the Company.<BR>
