In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that Natrol LLC, USA, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a definite agreement with New Mountain Capital LLC, NY and its affiliate Jarrow Formulas Inc., to dispose of its business assets as a going concern with related assets, liabilities, products, brands and employees.<BR> <BR> The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is enclosed as 'Annexure I'.<BR> <BR> Also attached a copy of press release as 'Annexure II'.<BR>
