| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company today, at its meeting concluded has inter-alia considered the following business. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 we attached following : 1. Considered and approved the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June,2022 as per Indian Accounting standard (IND-AS). 2. Took the note of the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. J C Ranpura & Co., Chartered Accountants for the quarter ended 30th June,2022. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced, at 2.00p.m. and concluded at 3.15 p.m. | |
