Further to our letter dated July 15, 2021 as regards Resolution Plan of Reliance Commercial Finance Limited ('RCFL') being conducted by its Lenders in terms of RBI Circular No. RBI/2018-19/ 203, DBR.No.BP.BC.45/21.04.048/2018-19 dated June 7, 2019 on Prudential Framework for Resolution of Stressed Assets. We wish to inform that the Company as the successful Resolution Applicant along with RCFL and its certain Lenders has executed the Implementation Memorandum. Further, the implementation of the Resolution Plan shall be subject to all requisite permissions, sanctions and approvals including the regulatory approvals.
