Further to our letters dated July 15, 2021 and October 1, 2022 as regards Resolution Plan of Reliance Commercial Finance Limited ('RCFL') being conducted by its Lenders in terms of RBI Circular No. RBI/2018-19/ 203, DBR.No.BP.BC.45/21.04.048/2018-19 dated June 7, 2019 on Prudential Framework for Resolution of Stressed Assets. We wish to inform that the Company has received No Objection Certificate from Reserve Bank of India on October 1, 2022 for transfer of control through change of shareholding and management of RCFL subject to the prescribed conditions.
