We hereby inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till end of 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s Shares/Securities.
