| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has vide Circular Resolution dated 21.10.2020 have considered the following:<BR> 1. Appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Swarup (DIN: 00132716) as an additional Independent Director of the Company.<BR> 2. Consider resignation of Mr. Vinit Parikh (DIN: 01461830) as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 21.10.2020.<BR> 3. Consider the reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility<BR> Committee pursuant to Appointment and Resignation of Directors of the Company<BR> <BR> Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, resignation letter of Mr. Vinit Parikh (DIN: 01461830) is enclosed and a confirmation from him regarding there being no material reasons other than those mentioned in resignation letter. | |
