The 24th AGM of the Company was held on December 29, 2020 at 02:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means ('VC/OAVM'). In terms of Regulation 44 (3) of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (Regulations), 2015 and the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, we enclose the following: <BR> <BR> (a) Outcome of E-Voting as per Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (Regulations), 2015<BR> (b) The Consolidated Report of E-Voting issued by the Scrutinizer of the Company. <BR> <BR> Based on the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of 24th Annual General Meeting have been duly approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority.<BR>
