In continuation to our earlier communication dated April 22, 2021 and as per provisions of the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has executed on January 24, 2022 Sale deed with Mr. Mohammad Nayeem Suleman Choudhary for sale / Disposal / transfer of Freehold and along with building located at Gat no.427, Medankarwadi, Juna Chakan, Tal. Khed, Pune 410501. Further, we hereby inform that the above mentioned building has been leased back to the Company by Mr. Mohammad Nayeem Suleman Choudhary on which the operations of the Company will continue.
