| We would inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 01st day of April, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Yearly and Quarterly Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Yearly and Quarterly Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 will be informed in due course.
