This is to inform to the exchange that members of the Company passed the resolution for approval of sub-division/split of Equity Shares of the Company through postal ballot on 19th March 2023. Accordingly, Equity Shares of the company have been sub-divided from 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, fully paid-up into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each fully paid up. The Board of Directors of the company has fixed Friday, 31st March 2023 as the 'Record Date' for determining the eligibility of Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/split of Equity Shares of the Company.
