| With reference to the subject cited above, we hereby inform that the Share Allotment Committee ('SAC') of the Company, in their just concluded Meeting, have allotted 1,21,63,479 equity shares of Rs.10 each, by way of Bonus Issue, to such members whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on 20.06.2022, being the Record Date fixed for the said purpose, in the proportion of 3(Three) new fully paid-up equity share of ? 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of ? 10/- each held by them, (i.e., in the ratio of 3:1).
