Un-audited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months period ended on December 31, 2022, as recommended by the Audit Committee and reviewed by the Statutory Auditors. 2. Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2022, as recommended by the Audit Committee and reviewed by the Statutory Auditors. 3. Setting up of an additional facility for expansion of Electronics Design, Manufacturing and Engineering Services at E-City, Raviryala Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, India.
