| Dear Sir, Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI[Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015 read with point 7 of para A of part A of Schedule III this is to inform you that, due to the increased Business Operations of the Company, the Board of Directors decided to appoint an Independent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and to relieve Mr. Bapu Gavhane, Executive Director from the responsibilities of CFO. Accordingly, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13th February, 2023 has made the following changes: 1. Mr. Bapu Gavhane an Executive Director & CFO of the Company has been relieved from the responsibilities as CFO and he will continue only as an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 13th February, 2023. 2. Mr. Dharmendra Tulshyan [DGM Finance] of the Company was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 13th February 2023. | |
