We would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Promoters/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from 1st April, 2021 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2021 are communicated to the Stock Exchange.<BR> <BR> Further the date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
