We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 84275 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 17th November 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR> <BR> The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,06,87,118 (306,03,43,559 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,08,55,668 (306,04,27,834 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
