We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 2,35,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 1st March 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR> <BR> The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,56,52,806 (306,28,26,403 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,61,23,946 (306,30,61,973 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
