We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 286150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 23rd November 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR> <BR> The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,08,55,668 (306,04,27,834 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,14,27,968 (306,07,13,984 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
