BAFNA PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to prior intimation of meeting of Board of Directors dated November 03, 2021 and in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 shall inter alia also consider the following business:<BR> 1. To consider and approve the proposal for various avenues for raising funds, including and in particular Rights Issue to meet capital requirements of the Company. <BR> Please take note of the same in your record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.<BR>
