With respect to cited subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Shareholders in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 has considered and approved the Amendment in Articles of Association of the Company.<BR> <BR> The enabling clause has been incorporated in the Articles of Association for carrying out consolidation and re-issuance of debt securities in terms of the provisions of Regulation 20A of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008, as amended from time to time.<BR>
