This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1 April 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31 March 2020, as per the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of Bajaj Finance Limited under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
