The Board of Director have fixed Wednesday, December 02, 2020 as revised record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend and Special Dividend.<BR> <BR> The Interim Dividend and Special Dividend shall be paid on or before December 15, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Wednesday, 02nd December, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
