We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held today i.e. 17th May, 2022 has considered and approved the following: - The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of 30% i.e. Rs.1.50/- per equity shares on face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
