| Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 20, 2022, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, Standalone and Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and Auditors'' report thereon, Directors'' Report (including Management Discussion and Analysis Report), Report on Corporate Governance, Business Responsibility Report, Recommendation of dividend (if any) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 and the 90th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>This is to further inform that a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date immediately prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid Audited Financial Results and Annual Audited Financial Statements.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Company''s "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window, which already stands closed for trading of Company''s equity shares for Designated Persons from April 01, 2022 would continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results. | |
