Bal Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, to consider transacting the following business. <BR><BR><BR>1. Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>3. To decide on the book closure dates. <BR><BR>4. To convene the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company,<BR><BR>4. Other AGM related matters.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to amended provisions of SEBI (Prohibition ol Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and as per the provisions of Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its designated persons/employees and their immediate relatives was closed from April 01, 2022 up to June 01, 2022 i.e 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
