Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and Company's revised Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, the trading window closure period for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 is still continuing as the Board of Directors are yet to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> A separate intimation for the date of meeting(s) of the Board of Directors shall be provided in due course.<BR> <BR> The same has been intimated to all the Designated Person (including Directors) of the Company.<BR> <BR>
