We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Saturday, the 13th November, 2021, have inter alia took the following decisions:<BR> <BR> 1. The Board has approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
