Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2020, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7.50/- (Rupees Seven and paise fifty only) per Equity Share on 1710038460 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.
